Phone call between Foreign Affairs Minister, Dr. Vincent Biruta and External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar.
On 13 February 2021, Dr. Vincent Biruta, the Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda had a call with Dr. S. Jaishankar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of India.
From its Twitter handle, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda informed the public that both Ministers had a very good exchange and discussed issues of common interest as well as relations and cooperation between Rwanda and India.
In his official Twitter post Jaishankar said: "Glad to speak to Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta of Rwanda. Discussed our bilateral ties including health cooperation. Also exchanged our views on international issues."
